Organizations are floundering in communications options

When it comes to employee effectiveness and communications, many organizations are simply floundering in a sea of options for person-to-person communications. Almost without exception, none of these options are integrated with any other, and most are like a message in a bottle: You have to try and contact someone, without knowing their availability, ability, or willingness to participate or respond.
