Use GAIT principles to ease Sec. 404 audits and controls

The Institute of Internal Auditors (theiia.org) has released its final GAIT principles and methodology for Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 IT general computing controls (GCCs). The principles and methodologies will help organizations to determine the right controls to implement in their environments to ensure integrity of financial reporting as required by the SEC.
